At Artyx Design, we offer a wide range of art products, including original paintings, high-quality prints, and other art-related products. Each piece is carefully crafted to bring creativity and inspiration into your space.
2. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Browse our collection on www.artyxdesign.ca select the artwork or product you’d like to purchase, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready to check out, follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely to protect your information.
4. How are prints and paintings packaged?
We take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives safely. All prints and paintings are packaged with protective materials to prevent any damage during shipping.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. You can view shipping options and estimated costs at checkout.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Within Canada: 7-8 business days
- International Orders: 10–15 business days
For custom orders, additional time may be required for production.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at artyxdesign95@gmail.com if you need to make changes.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, it is something we are considering for the future. Stay tuned!

Yes, we offer a variety of sizes for our prints! If you need a custom size not listed on the website, please contact us at artyxdesign95@gmail.com We’ll work with you to see if a custom size is possible for the specific artwork you’re interested in.

If your artwork is framed, regular dusting and keeping it in a dry, temperate environment will help maintain its quality for years to come.
