Overview

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days for a return and exchange.

Note: We do not accept returns for custom orders or digital downloads, as they are personalized and cannot be restocked.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at artyxdesign95@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images (for damaged or defective products).
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if your item meets our return criteria.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the return authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Please note: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: We will credit the refund amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return has been received and processed.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for items received damaged or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Digital Products: Digital downloads and other virtual items are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at artyxdesign95@gmail.com Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
